Summer has indeed made its presence, with humid winds, and brush fires; like the one going on right now. The North fire in San Bernardino County started this afternoon and has destroyed 18 vehicles and 2 big rigs. The fire has burned through 3,200 acres at the Highway 15 and Highway 138, north of Cajon Junction. Mandatory Evacuations have been made for Baldy Mesa area, east of Sheep Creek rd., North of I-15, West of Hwy 395 and South of Phelan Rd. Evacuation center located at Serrano High School. Road Closures : North / South Bound I-15 Lanes Shut Down.
